About

A private practice, quietly conducted.

Marc Quinlan represents an intentionally small collection of residences and developments across Georgia — every transaction handled personally.

The Story

Three decades on the Black Sea.

Marc Quinlan’s career began in the international property houses of London and the Mediterranean, where he learned that the finest addresses are never sold — they are entrusted. That principle has shaped every relationship since.

Marc first arrived in Georgia thirty years ago, drawn by its wine, its mountains and its coastline. He has watched Batumi rise from a quiet seafront town into one of Europe’s fastest-growing luxury destinations, and Tbilisi rediscover the elegance of its historic quarters. Today he represents the developers, architects and private owners shaping the country’s next chapter.

His clients include private investors, family offices and international buyers seeking a foothold in an emerging market with old-world soul. Every conversation is confidential. Every introduction is deliberate.

The Practice

Four principles, uncompromised.

Curation over volume

A small number of projects each year, personally represented from first meeting to keys.

Discretion, always

Private appointments only. Off-market opportunities shared confidentially with qualified clients.

Independent judgement

Marc represents his clients — never the highest bidder for his attention. His counsel is his own.

The long view

Advice framed for a lifetime of ownership, not a single transaction.

The Principal

Marc Quinlan

Fluent across four markets and three languages, Marc splits his time between Batumi and Tbilisi, with regular visits to London, Geneva and Dubai — where much of his private network resides.

He advises on beachfront and mountain residences, restored heritage townhouses, and pre-launch investment opportunities with select developer partners.
